About Better Together
Our mission is to help families eliminate personal debt through mentorship. Through classes, programs and practical support, we’ve helped our graduates pay off more than $900,000 in debt since we opened our doors in 2015.

What we do
Eliminating debt.
Our classes and programs are designed to equip families with the tools and knowledge to budget, pay down debt, and build their savings.
We facilitate several financial literacy classes that range from four to twelve weeks. In addition, we run a one year mentorship program called New Start Initiative. Over thirty-one families have graduated our NSI program since we opened our doors in 2015.
Supporting families.
Throughout the mentorship process we provide families with practical support, such as food, gasoline, and other items they may need.
Partnering with our community.
We collaborate with non-profits and local organizations to link families in need to goods, services, and financial literacy education.
Through our connections with local police and fire departments, we provide victims of fires and emergency situations with clothing and any items they may need.
